Personal Contact Details

When you book your appointment, you will be asked to provide your email address and mobile number. This is to enable the booking app that is used to be able to confirm your appointment when you book and to send you a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Cancellations

We respectfully request that if you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment, you cancel with a minimum 48 hours notice.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the total treatments booked.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel on the day you will be charged 100% of the treatments that you have booked.  You will be asked to pay any outstanding cancellation charges before booking another appointment.

December Bookings

We reserve the right to ask all clients booking in the month of December to pay a non refundable payment to secure their appointment.  This charge will be 50% of the appointment.
